CONGRATULATIONS

TO OUR 2010 ANNUAL MEETING AWARD WINNERS!

Oliver Cope Meritorious Achievement Award

In April of 1984, the Council of the American Association of Endocrine Surgeons created an unusual achievement award to be given to a Member of the AAES in recognition of their contributions in the field of Endocrine Surgery as an investigator, teacher and clinical surgeon.  The first award was given on April 15, 1985 to Dr. Oliver Cope.  In giving this award to Dr. Cope, the Council decided that from that day forward the award would be known as the Oliver Cope Meritorious Achievement Award for the American Association of Endocrine Surgeons.
