Registration & Hotel Accommodations

The AAES 2025 Annual Meeting will be held at the Baird Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. See below for more information about hotel accommodations and to book your hotel stay. 

Registration Rates

Annual Meeting registration rates include admission to all Meeting sessions, access to the exhibit and poster hall, breakfast on Sunday and Monday, lunch on Saturday and Sunday, and admission to the President’s Reception and AAES Gala Celebration. 

AAES utilizes a tiered registration structure based on the World Bank classification of countries by income. Rates are listed in U.S. Dollars.

Guest Ticket for AAES Gala Celebration Only (Sunday, May 18, 2025, 6:30 – 9:30 pm): $80
Only for extra tickets for the AAES Gala Celebration event. Does not include Annual Meeting sessions, exhibit hall admission, President's Reception, or other meals.

Transportation to and from Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport is easy, with a wide variety of ground transportation options including:

MEETING CANCELLATION POLICY: Registration cancellations must be received in writing by mail or email by May 1, 2025. Cancellations received by this date will be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee. All refunds will be processed immediately following the Meeting. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after May 1, 2025. 

MEETING CONFIRMATIONS: Will be e-mailed to the contact provided during the registration process.
