Registration
For the AAES 2022 Annual Meeting, you will have the option to attend in-person in Cleveland or virtual only. The safety of the members and attendees is of utmost importance to AAES. We are working with the Hilton Downtown Cleveland Hotel to ensure that all safety protocols on the federal, state and local levels are being met and that our attendees feel safe. At the 2022 Meeting in Cleveland, all attendees, sponsors/exhibitors, and guests must present proof of either full vaccination or a negative PCR COVID-19 test taken no earlier than 72 hours upon arrival at the Annual Meeting. In-person registration includes admission to all Meeting sessions and the exhibit hall, breakfast each day, lunch on Monday and Tuesday, and admission to the President’s Reception and Gala Reception. Online registration to attend in-person will close on Sunday, May 15. After this date, you can register in-person upon your arrival in Cleveland. Online registration for the Virtual Meeting will remain open.

In-Person Guest Registration Options:
All‐Inclusive Guest: $325
Includes admission to all Meeting sessions and the exhibit hall, breakfast each day, lunch on Sunday and Tuesday, the President’s Reception, and Gala Reception.
Guest Ticket for Gala Reception Only (Sunday, May 22, 2022, 6:30 – 8:30 pm): $125
Only for extra tickets for the Gala Reception event. Does not include Annual Meeting sessions, exhibit hall admission, President's Reception, or other meals.
In-person Optional Sporting Events (additional fee):
These activities are open for all in-person attendees and guests to register for.

Tennis Tournament: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm at the Medical Mutual Tennis Pavilion of Cleveland State University
Registration Fee: $45 per person. Includes balls and access to 6 outdoor courts. Racquets are NOT provided, you must bring your own.
Golf Tournament: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm at Big Met
Registration Fee: $125 per person. Includes greens fees for 18-holes of golf, a boxed lunch, warm up balls at the practice range, and golf carts. Club rentals not included. Athletic shoes recommended.

Yoga: 8:00 am – 9:30 am at the Meeting hotel
Registration Fee: $25 per person. Yoga mats and water will be provided.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Registration cancellations must be received in writing by mail or email by April 25, 2022. Cancellations received by this date will be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee. All refunds will be processed immediately following the 2022 Annual Meeting. No refunds for cancellations received after April 25, 2022 will be issued.
MEETING CONFIRMATIONS: Will be e-mailed to the contact provided during the registration process.
