The American Association of Endocrine Surgeons (AAES) is pleased to invite you to join us for the 45th AAES Annual Meeting, to be held May 17-19, 2025 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at the Baird Center. As the leading endocrine surgery association in North America, the AAES Annual Meeting is the premier event to connect with professionals and leaders across the globe in the field of endocrine surgery while receiving high level education on the latest advancements in science and research in the field. The AAES Annual Meeting is a unique opportunity to connect with a focused audience made up of leading national and international endocrine surgeons – specialists who perform neck (thyroid and parathyroid) and abdominal (gastrointestinal tract, pancreas and adrenal) endocrine operations. These fields of practice overlap with otolaryngology, urology, gastrointestinal, and surgical oncology. Specialists in these fields also attend the AAES Annual Meeting. Exhibitors and sponsors are expected to abide by the AAES Annual Meeting Code of Conduct. The AAES reserves the right to refuse sponsorship or exhibition by any person, group, company, or other entity for any reason. All potential exhibitors or sponsors should review the AAES Exhibitor & Sponsor Rules and Regulations and the AAES Meeting policy on exhibitor types before applying to participate in the Annual Meeting. Cancellation Policy: Sponsor registration cancellations must be received in writing by mail or email by April 14, 2025. Cancellations received by this date will be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds for cancellations received after April 14, 2024 will be issued.
